She did offer to go ahead and send me a new packet and said to contact AT&T when I received it but she couldn't promise they would uphold the trade-in I was told I would get when I bought the phones. I called AT&T after a few weeks of not hearing anything and the rep I spoke with told me there was nothing in my file that said I was eligible for a trade-in plus it had been past 30 days since I purchased the phones so I was past the cutoff anyway. I was supposed to get a packet in the mail to return the phones but I never received anything.
They offered me $800 credit for my iphone X. My daughter's screen was broken so they told me they could only offer me credit for half of the value, which seemed reasonable. I bought my daughter and myself the new iphone 14s because they had a great trade-in deal.
